Tata Technologies Q2 Profit Rises 4% YoY to Rs 171 Crore; Revenue Jumps 28%

The results reflect robust growth in services revenue, which rose 34% YoY to Rs 1,356 crore, outpacing overall revenue growth. Operating EBITDA increased 32% Yo, reaching Rs 273 crore, with margins improving to 16.1% from 15.7% a year earlier. Net income margin stood at 10.1%, up from 9.8% in the same period last year. The company’s services revenue in dollar terms hit $142 million, up 4.3% sequentially in constant currency. Tata Technologies also secured a North American commercial vehicle manufacturer’s end-to-end development contract for a new platform, expanding its footprint in aerospace and AI-native transformation. CFO Uttam Gujrati highlighted near-term challenges in specific customer segments and geographies, while CEO Warren Harris emphasized opportunities in product realization and full-vehicle development capabilities.
